Summary
The job is an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable position in the Finance department of PolyAI, a company that builds enterprise voice assistants. Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of raising customer invoices
- Credit control for the group, working closely with our customers to facilitate timely payment of invoices
- Sending monthly customer statements
- Dealing with questions from customers regarding their account
- Processing employee expense claims
- Assisting suppliers in registering to our supplier payments portal
- Managing payment runs and processing payments through our supplier payments portal and bank accounts within the group
- Dealing with correspondence from suppliers in regards to payment of their invoices
- Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts across the group in various currencies
- Posting supplier invoices to the General Ledger on a weekly basis
- Assisting with the monthly group management accounts, including Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Responding to ad hoc queries from other internal stakeholders within the group
- Completing supplier questionnaires
- Reconciliation of credit card statements
- Ensuring Financial Records remain compliant with each transaction having a corresponding receipt
- Supporting the Finance Team with Ad-Hoc duties
- Continually improve policies and processes and help implement supporting tools when necessary to increase the efficiency of the Finance Department
