Assistant IT Support Officer

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, System Engineer or related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proactive and energetic fast learner with a strong can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support services to retail stores users
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting on a wide range of hardware and software, like POS setup, store network and digital devices (mobile tablet, traffic counter, digital screens, etc.) configuration and office general end-user support
• Hands-on experience in any POS systems like X-Store
• Being agile and responsible for upcoming store opening/relocation activities on IT side to support our fast-growing business
• Monitor system health & backup operations and ensure data security

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion in retail industry, with relevant experience is a big plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Officer
