Assistant Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

The job description is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (H/F) internship at Sézane, a French fashion brand that started as an online store and is now called Sézane. Requirements

• You are a student and seeking an internship during a césure or at the end of your studies
• Ideally, you have previous experience in HR or recruitment
• You are organized, meticulous, and a good communicator
• You are passionate about the recruitment field and the fashion/e-commerce sector
• You practice common English

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Talent team on various recruitments from start to finish
• Identify potential candidates on LinkedIn, make initial contacts, and qualify phone calls
• Post job announcements and manage CV screening
• Assist with physical interviews if desired and follow the recruitment process until completion
• Manage the recruitment campaign for internships/apprenticeships starting in July 2025
• Participate in transverse HR projects as needed (employer brand, school relations, etc.)
