Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

The job is for a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on recruiting virtual assistants. The role involves partnering with clients, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, managing the interview process, preparing candidate presentations, maintaining records, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Performance Indicators include number of qualified candidates sourced per month, conversion rates, placement retention rate, and candidate and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully placing qualified candidates in remote positions
• Strong understanding of the virtual assistant industry and the skills and experience required for success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in recruiting software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, online sourcing platforms)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clients and Account managers to define ideal candidate profiles
• Proactively source qualified VA and other candidates through a variety of channels
• Conduct phone screens with potential candidates to assess their communication, skills, experiences, and cultural fit
• Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and clients
• Prepare and present top candidates to clients, advocating for their qualifications and highlighting their exceptional qualities
• Maintain detailed records throughout the recruitment process and provide regular progress updates to hiring managers and leadership

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
