Assistant Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing

Summary

Join Choreo's expanding Marketing team as an Assistant Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing! This advisor-facing role requires creative and strategic thinking, focusing on developing and executing marketing strategies to expand Choreo's presence among tax professionals. You will leverage your expertise in growth marketing, Center of Influence cultivation, and content development across various media. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive client acquisition and retention, building and managing regional marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in B2B and B2C wealth management, a deep understanding of the financial advisor and CPA landscape, and a proven track record of success. This position reports to the VP of Advisor Growth Marketing and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of related marketing experience in financial services, with a strong emphasis on advisor partnership with the tax, legal, and professional services community
• 7+ years of B2B and B2B2C campaign and demonstrated growth marketing success
• Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various lines of business leaders, to define requirements and execute strategies
• Proven track record of building strategic consensus among stakeholders that results in measurable growth outcomes
• Strong critical thinking skills and excellent research capabilities; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of special projects
• Manage relationships and work closely with agency and vendor partners, as necessary
• Able to operate with a strong sense of urgency
• Familiarity with federal regulations governing marketing and advertising in the financial services industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including OneDrive and SharePoint, and Salentica CRM Environment
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, prospecting opportunities, and client engagement
• Refine strategies to maximize advisor engagement through multiple distribution channels (blogs, podcasts, seminars, etc.)
• Write emails, campaigns, social posts, and presentation decks as needed
• Support individual advisor/team/office marketing needs as requested
• Support regional advisor leadership in developing strategic marketing plans and oversee their execution
• Create and execute regional marketing plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of advisor teams, clients, and prospects
• Align regional needs to national resources to understand and prioritize opportunity and growth potential
• Drive adoption and optimization of Choreo’s multichannel marketing platform for each Choreo advisor
• Act as field marketing coach to ensure ongoing marketing consistency and strategic measurement/diagnostics
• Deploy editorial calendars supporting national and regional campaigns
• Leverage performance metrics to understand what content resonates and use learnings to inform future campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing teammates to leverage website and social media channels
• Effectively communicate the impact of marketing campaigns to internal stakeholders
• Track and report on real-time performance metrics
• Understand data implications and extract relevant, actionable insights
• Maintain a clear understanding of Choreo’s business objectives to help achieve organic and inorganic business growth goals
