Summary

Join Allied Global Marketing's FAVOUR division as an Associate Account Director and contribute to the creation of immersive experiences for brands and rightsholders. This role involves supporting and leading activation concepting, trend spotting, client research, and developing presentation materials. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with experience in experiential marketing and live events. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and / or 6-10 years of related experience in experiential marketing and live events
  • Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing / live events with ability to speak and strategize on logistics, operations and execution
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
  • Understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid time management, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead specific business development (organic + new new) and ideation tasks while supporting the overall experiential team
  • Work collaboratively with internal agency teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client’s objective and approved budget
  • Support multiple projects concurrently, developing project documents, inclusive of workback schedules, activation plans, pertinent deliverables, etc
  • Manage and develop relationships with trusted vendors and partners
  • Communicate deadlines, prioritize tasks, assist on multiple projects / assignments simultaneously and provide solutions-oriented approach
  • Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values
  • Willingness to work non-traditional event hours, weekends and holidays
  • Travel to events, as needed. Approximately 20% of the year
  • Support and/or lead activation concepting in support of organic growth opportunities and new business responses
  • Trend spotting, competitive agency research, client / partner / sponsor research, idea generation, development of presentation materials, play a role as part of larger pitch team, and when needed onsite activation support
  • Work closely with clients and internal client service, strategy, creative and production teams to develop programs that achieve client results involving strategic and creative objectives, timelines, and agency financial goals

Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly
