Requirements
- 1 plus yearsβ experience in a software sales, sales development, or business development
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Assist a regional sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
- Help with identifying potential customers through market research
- Contact prospects in a sales region through calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce products and services
- Present offerings and engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs
- Assist in closing deals for open territories on a temporary basis
- Develop a deep understanding of the companyβs products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and answer any questions
- Qualify incoming leads, schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives, and ensure all leads are properly tracked in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, using CRM software
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering timely support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Account Executives and Area Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that complies with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards
- Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce
- Preferred education includes a BS or BA in business administration sales, marketing, or related field(s)
- Experience in a dental or healthcare organization
