The role focuses on managing sales opportunities, collaborating with the Sales Development team, conducting discovery calls, presenting value propositions, and crafting tailored proposals. You will work closely with internal teams to support opportunities until contract signing, connecting solutions with identified business challenges, and identifying key stakeholders and projects for efficient closure. The position requires at least 4 years of experience in large account sales, particularly with brand manufacturers and/or distributors, and fluency in French and English. Success in this role demands strong communication, adaptability, and results-orientation.

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in large account sales, particularly with brand manufacturers and/or distributors
  • Experience with distributors in the retail sector is essential (ideally related to pricing or assortment issues)
  • You are comfortable on the phone, in video conferences, and in client meetings
  • You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented
  • You know how to adapt, convince, and ask the right questions
  • You are fluent in French and English. German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities via a sales pipeline, with a particular focus on distributors
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to identify key influencers within target accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify priority business challenges
  • Present our value proposition by comparing it to existing solutions and the competition
  • Develop proposals tailored to the needs of large-scale prospects
  • Work closely with internal teams to support opportunities until signature
  • Connect our solutions with the identified business issues
  • Identify the right contacts, projects, and timing to conclude effectively
  • Report customer feedback to marketing, product, and operations teams to contribute to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling software or SaaS solutions is a significant asset
  • Mastery of Salesforce is a plus
