Summary

Join Veriff's GTM Division as an Associate Account Manager, focusing on supporting global clients in the EMEA region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing all stages of integration, scaling, adoption, and product expansion. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure customers maximize value from Veriff's solutions and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. This role requires 3+ years of CSM/AM experience in SaaS, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. You'll collaborate with various internal teams to drive adoption and maintain a closed feedback loop. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry
  • Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
  • Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop trust and relationships with our customers
  • Ensure growth and product utilization within our customer base
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
  • Previous AM/CSM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
