Summary

Join Viator, a Tripadvisor company, as an Associate Destination Manager I and be responsible for the health and quality of Viator's product offerings in your assigned geographical destinations. You will deeply understand key trends and optimize product offerings to match consumer demand. As a brand ambassador, you'll grow your destination and Viator's positioning, exceeding key performance indicators. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product offerings and maintain a competitive advantage. This role requires strong account management, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the travel industry. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Viator has the best in class product offering for the assigned territory
  • Strategically acquire new inventory to fill product gaps and highlight new and exciting products in your destination
  • Establish, maintain, and grow key supplier relationships in order to ensure Viator has the best product offering and increase Viator brand awareness in your destination
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms
  • Monitor key metrics in destinations and take action where necessary
  • Ensure key products are consistently available for sale in the Viator ecosystem
  • Constantly improve the quality of product offering in the market by understanding key characteristics of products that are appealing to our customer and working to implement those characteristics across your destination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess industry knowledge: Understanding of the travel landscape is preferred
  • Possess networking skills: Able to build and leverage professional connections
