Summary

Riveron is hiring for a role focused on Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) involving scripting and execution of plant floor technology, managing key vendor relationships, and developing PLC controlled SCADA systems. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or relevant experience, 3-7 years of experience with PLC controlled SCADA systems and PLC programs, 2-4 years of experience with Inductive Automations Ignition Platform, and a working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies. The employee will be responsible for planning, designing, programming, and implementing Industry 4.0 and IIoT focused technology, building applications that interface with PLCs, HMIs, databases, and cloud ingestion endpoints, writing structured and well-documented code, designing user interfaces, acting as the technical lead on projects, collaborating effectively with internal employees and contractors, providing subject matter expertise, and completing other duties as assigned. The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or related engineering field or relevant experience
• 3 to 7 years of experience developing PLC controlled SCADA systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• 3 to 7 years of experience developing PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems
• 2 to 4 years of experience working with Inductive Automations Ignition Platform
• A working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies and practices

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, program, and implement Industry 4.0 and IIoT focused technology
• Build applications that interface with PLC’s, HMI’s, Databases, and Cloud Ingestion endpoints
• Write structured and well-documented code
• Design intuitive, easy-to-navigate, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Act as the technical lead on projects and interface with technical clients regarding the solution
• Collaborate effectively with internal employees and contractors
• Provide subject matter expertise

Benefits

$120,000 - $210,000 a year
