Requirements

  • You have experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies
  • You have experience delivering digital products and services
  • You have strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
  • You have the ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts
  • You have demonstrated thoroughness, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with user experience professionals, visual designers, and engineers to optimize platform functionality, considering both end-users and third-party developers
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications, particularly relating to integration points across multiple systems
  • Prioritizing development activities with engineering teams, determining the best technical implementation methods, working closely with QA on acceptance testing, and leading platform product launches
  • Utilizing research, data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research, and other tools to validate opportunities, with a particular emphasis on those relating to platform improvements
  • Acting as the voice of both users and developers during day-to-day aspects of product development
  • Helping define and refine working processes to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments
  • Mentoring and managing team members
  • Actively participating in a culture of continuous learning and growth

Preferred Qualifications

AEM experience preferred
