Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, and/or related field and 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or financial technology company
- 10+ years of experience in loan servicing, including any area, such as Support
- Previous experience managing software product or educational equivalent. (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, 280 Group, others.)
- 3+ years of experience working on an Agile team in SaaS product management
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products to completion
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decision-making and product improvements
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)

- Oversee the claims products, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including, engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development
- Stay informed about regulatory changes in the mortgage industry and ensure that our products comply with all relevant standards and requirements
