Summary

Join Natera's dynamic Women’s Health team as an Associate Director / Director of Product Management to oversee product management for Panorama®, lead innovative new initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on healthcare or life sciences
• Proven track record in managing products through their entire lifecycle
• Deep understanding of the NIPT/reproductive health market and its unique demands from both provider and patient perspectives
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and product excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Panorama®, including blood collection kits, lab operations, data analysis, and reporting
• Lead a cross-functional product team to ensure product health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements
• Develop and implement forward-thinking product strategies that promote growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation in the Women’s Health market
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training teams to deliver product expertise and support key initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators to boost product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with R&D, Lab Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive product development and execution
• Provide product training and ongoing support to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and execution
• Proactively manage and monitor case escalations, ensuring swift resolution and communication
