  • Have worked at a high growth tech company that sells into Small-Medium size companies
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision making process, identify areas for improvement, and track progress
  • Experience hiring and managing a world class team

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of high-performing managers and team members focused on Small-Medium Sized Business segment
  • Drive revenue and customer acquisition across these segments in a meaningful way
  • Coach team members to improve the quality of the pipelines driven by the SDR organization
  • Build an overall sales development strategy for these segments
  • Develop, train and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members at both the management and individual contributor level
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
