Associate Documentation Developer

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn Markdown, XML, HTML, and other programming languages
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and practices
• An interest in technical writing and content creation process
• Organized and have a structural mindset
• Availability to work 8 hours a day

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams
• Work as a customer advocate
• Design, create, and edit content according to company standards and processes
• Review materials created by other Documentation Developers
• Take part in UI strings development
• Identify the opportunities for content and process improvements
