Requirements

  • A proven track record in business development within integrated or digital-first agencies, with a strong understanding of client services and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration at senior levels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in crafting client presentations, recaps, and strategic documents
  • A passion for digital innovation, emerging technologies, and trends across digital and social channels
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while knowing when to seek input or escalate issues
  • Familiarity with business development and project management tools, as well as proficiency in analyzing data and preparing performance reports

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities aligned with agency goals
  • Manage all phases of the business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, and closing
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment of business objectives
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams, including strategy, design, and tech, during the pitch and proposal process
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals, pitch materials, case studies, and supplementary deliverables
  • Ensure efficient processes for pipeline management, meeting recaps, timeline updates, and stakeholder communications

Base compensation of $115,000 - $125,000
