Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative or Executive Assistant roles supporting multiple executives at startups or other fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly calendar for Heads of Product, Engineering & Customer
- Drive efficacy of meetings including: ensuring the right audience, the right pre-work, and every meeting is tied to an outcome in writing
- Proactively identify and drive efficiency and accuracy including: removing double-bookings and days and weeks flow well
- Track time and identify ways to improve
- Partner with EPD Leadership Team to drive Engineering, Product, and Design Operating Cadence
- Ensure Operating Cadence is effectively calendared and rhythm is well-thought through to align with Company Operating Cadence
- Help prepare EPD specific culture rituals such as Fix-it-Fridays, monthly meetings, and Launch celebrations
- Coordinate delight and team culture initiatives in partnership with Heads of Product, Engineering & Customer
