Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Demonstrate proven success implementing tools and executing campaigns to drive revenue
  • Possess familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Be proficient in analyzing and cleaning up data to support campaigns and sales activities
  • Have the ability to collaborate across teams while managing independent responsibilities
  • Possess a passion for Respiris’ mission to re-inspire individuals through transitions

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal leaders, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies. Focus on driving outreach efficiency and measurable results
  • Identify and collect missing data for warm leads while building a robust contact database for targeted campaigns. Prioritize researching and populating contacts for the list of 200 target companies to enhance outreach precision and effectiveness
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to schedule and facilitate discovery meetings. Ensure messaging aligns with identified pain points and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Work closely with marketing to develop sales enablement materials and execute lead-nurturing campaigns. Create visual content, including ebooks, infographics, and assets for email and social media, using tools like Canva to support campaign engagement
  • Monitor, maintain, and update the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless handoffs to the sales team. Focus on improving pipeline visibility, accuracy, and progression to drive consistent results
  • Support the implementation of tools and platforms for lead management, campaign tracking, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in developing and optimizing workflows for marketing campaigns, sales processes, and client operations
  • Generate insights from campaign and pipeline data, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, sales, and marketing to align efforts with organizational goals and improve efficiency
  • Act as the primary contact for Fractional HR clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Assist HR clients in managing transitions, including outplacement services and career coaching coordination
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying additional client needs and offering relevant solutions
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and updates for clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
