Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the performance of robots deployed in retail environments, ensuring we meet our internal KPIs and external SLAs
  • Exercise extreme ownership in technical issue resolution. When needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, support, and customer success, to address and resolve operational issues
  • Execute against Simbe’s internal workflows and reporting systems to track robot performance metrics and customer feedback
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in robot operations
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolutions
  • Maintain clear documentation of operational processes and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with robotics, data analysis, or the retail industry is a plus
