Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, or an analytical/operational role
  • Experience with one or more CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and related tools
  • High degree of comfort working with Sales teams, databases, and technology platforms
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets (V-lookups, pivot tables, complex formula statements)

Responsibilities

  • Streamline sales and support processes to increase internal efficiencies and external service delivery
  • Serve as advisor to the global Sales and Operations teams, including assisting with the definition of and reporting on KPIs for sales, support, and operations, and highlighting areas for improvement based on performance
  • Research and deliver insights on how to improve sales and support performance by interpreting internal performance data as well as market analysis, in collaboration with Data team
  • Support setup and ongoing service delivery for partners, including data capture and performance reporting
  • Partner with Marketing to plan, execute, and maintain campaigns, data, collateral, and other materials and projects aimed at driving revenue
  • Management of the CRM system, including the flow of information into and out of the system in collaboration with technical teams, as well as day-to-day adjustments and enhancements of the CRM setup and its integration with team processes
  • Creation of reports by request and proactively to highlight team and business performance using CRM data
  • Working closely alongside team members to understand ways of working, and to make recommendations on how tools and processes can augment
  • Supporting regular reporting to stakeholders by delivering sales and support performance in a standardised and insightful manner
  • Collaborate with Marketing on creation, organisation, and maintenance of sales collateral
