Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or project management
- Strong analytic and project management skills with a history of driving cross-functional programs
- Resourceful and eager to learn with a curiosity to become an expert in your field
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker/Tableau, and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized: Excellent at time management, balancing multiple priorities, and staying structured
- Self-directed: A proactive self-starter who drives initiatives to completion
- Highly productive: Skilled at coordinating with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes
- A strong communicator: Able to clearly articulate challenges and solutions while fostering collaboration

Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve partner onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes
- Manage individual contracts, ensuring smooth review and resolution with internal teams
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and accounting to address vendor compliance and audit requests
- Develop and enhance business development templates and tools as needed
- Support forecasting, resource planning, and timeline management for BD initiatives
- Define and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Build strong internal relationships to prioritize and execute key initiatives
- Tackle complexity and ambiguity with innovative, friction-reducing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, affiliate marketing, or small business lending
Benefits
- The hourly rate for this position is $50/hour
- This is a W2 contract role hired by Magnit
- The estimated schedule for this engagement would be 20-25 hours per week from January-June
- This role will be remote (based in the U.S.)
