Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or project management

  • Proficient in productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker/Tableau, and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve partner onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes
  • Manage individual contracts, ensuring smooth review and resolution with internal teams
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and accounting to address vendor compliance and audit requests
  • Develop and enhance business development templates and tools as needed
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, and timeline management for BD initiatives
  • Define and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build strong internal relationships to prioritize and execute key initiatives
  • Tackle complexity and ambiguity with innovative, friction-reducing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services, affiliate marketing, or small business lending

Benefits

  • The hourly rate for this position is $50/hour
  • This is a W2 contract role hired by Magnit
  • The estimated schedule for this engagement would be 20-25 hours per week from January-June
  • This role will be remote (based in the U.S.)
