Summary

The job is for an experienced HR professional to join Underdog, a fast-growing sports gaming company. Responsibilities include building relationships with people managers, handling HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the performance management process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with People managers across the company
• Play an important role in performance management, employee relations, and the day-to-day organization of teams and departments
• Support and coach managers to provide engaging leadership and drive high performance
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to address tactical challenges as well as support in change management
• Facilitate the development of current teams and managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Manage HR administrative tasks across all departments at Underdog, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, to drive employee growth and organizational success

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus
