Requirements

• MBA with an academic or professional background in Finance, Valuation and/or Accounting
• Excellent foundation in quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated record of outstanding academic and/or professional accomplishment
• Intellectual curiosity, including a drive to think creatively about complex finance, valuation, business strategy, and accounting issues
• Excellent analytic and quantitative skills, along with practical problem-solving abilities (including proficiency in Excel; experience with statistical software such as Stata or R also helpful)
• An aptitude for, and interest in, expressing complex ideas through written reports and presentations
• An entrepreneurial drive to build their own business and brand while contributing to the firm
• Desire to work, learn, and lead within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Framing research approaches, managing projects, and supervising team/staff while building individual expertise
• Apply finance, accounting, and economic concepts to help resolve high-profile engagements
• Become more involved in developing client relationships and marketing and business development efforts
