Summary

Join KIPP Public Schools as a Regional Operations Associate and provide essential administrative and logistical support to regional leadership. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, organize materials, and maintain accurate records.   • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 - 5+ years of work experience and an interest in education and development/fundraising

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth and timely execution of regional operations
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning logistics
  • Prepare, format, and organize materials for meetings, events, and planning sessions
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records related to regional and programmatic work
  • Organize and file documents, ensuring timely updates and easy retrieval
  • Help manage shared systems for storing and accessing key documents and resources
  • Provide light support on special projects and regional initiatives by helping track deadlines and organizing logistics
  • Assist with drafting or compiling materials for regional communications and planning sessions
  • Offer occasional support for coordination of regional engagements or external-facing events
