Summary

The job is for an ORM Associate handling customer queries via social media, educating customers about products, and creating brand awareness. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, good typing skills, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, fluency in English, ability to work under pressure, being a fast learner, team player, time flexibility, and ability to work in a shift system including public holidays and weekends. Requirements
