Summary

The job is a Product Strategy role at Hike, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and improving user experience in the gaming industry. Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in delivering and scaling highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with stellar design taste, creativity, and product instincts
• Steady under pressure in a fast-paced environment, capable of quickly and clearly prioritizing both your time and that of your organization and finding creative ways to get things done
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and utilizing insights for strategic decision-making
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the formulation and execution of product strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with diverse teams, including developers, marketers, and analysts
• Self-directing individual who proactively solves problems and anticipates needs, contributing to an environment of continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction
• Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of features and initiatives aimed at improving product metrics and overall user experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and the overarching product strategy
• Continuously optimize user journeys to enhance user engagement and overall product value
• Write clear and actionable product specifications, and effectively communicate ideas to the team for implementation
• Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, especially for product launches. Based on this, identify areas of improvement and implementation strategies to address them effectively
• Establish processes for continuous improvement, encouraging teams to seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance the product
• Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring timely updates and improvements. Coordinate with operations teams to streamline processes and enhance product efficiency
• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improve overall user satisfaction. Implement changes based on feedback to continuously evolve the product
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to track product performance and user engagement. Present findings and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Any prior experience of driving product strategy for a Gaming company would be a plus
• Understand and value bringing joy and a sense of creativity to your day-to-day operations
