Associate Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product management, healthcare, or revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking, triaging, and resolving product defects
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize disruptions for users
• Address a critical gap in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patient financial engagement
• Assist in the development and management of patient statements and billing communications
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Product Management daily
• Gather and document product requirements to support financial teams transitioning back from Senior Living operations
• Ensure alignment with core RCM workflows
• Help ensure that RCM products adhere to evolving CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations
• Reduce compliance risks through diligent monitoring and updates
• Support new feature development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven automation in RCM workflows
• Contribute to the scalability and innovation of RCM products

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations is a plus
