Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Product management, healthcare, or revenue cycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking, triaging, and resolving product defects
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize disruptions for users
- Address a critical gap in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patient financial engagement
- Assist in the development and management of patient statements and billing communications
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Product Management daily
- Gather and document product requirements to support financial teams transitioning back from Senior Living operations
- Ensure alignment with core RCM workflows
- Help ensure that RCM products adhere to evolving CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations
- Reduce compliance risks through diligent monitoring and updates
- Support new feature development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven automation in RCM workflows
- Contribute to the scalability and innovation of RCM products
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations is a plus
