Associate Product Manager

Summary

Join Qualia, a leading B2B real estate technology company, as an Associate Product Manager to contribute to the growth of its Marketplace offering. You will support the Marketplace/Title Production team by reviewing customer feedback, defining problems, and documenting requirements. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for building product solutions and contributing to short and medium-term roadmaps. The position is based in Austin, TX, but remote possibilities are open to qualified candidates. Requirements

• 1+ years working in product development or in an adjacent role solving complex problems
• Keen sense for distilling complexity and untangling subtle problems
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands and work with ambiguity
• Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
• Consistent track record of creative problem solving and overcoming challenges

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize feedback from customers and from internal stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support
• Write clear product requirements documents that communicate problems, criteria, and context succinctly
• Partner with Engineering and Design to implement elegant and robust product solutions
• Support the Product team in building out short and medium term roadmaps
• Become an expert in Qualia products and in our customers’ workflows
