Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong curiosity about users and experience working with customer and market research
- Basic understanding of digital and performance marketing channels, with a desire to grow your expertise
- A passion for mobile-first digital experiences and an interest in how they shape marketing strategies
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage several projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Proactive learner with a bias towards action and delivering measurable results
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leaders to create a compelling, differentiated product positioning strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
- Help monitor day-to-day marketing performance, including sales and key metrics like acquisition costs, surfacing insights and opportunities to the marketing team
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and eCommerce teams on messaging testing to support conversion and acquisition improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications, product management, and the learning experience team to develop digital experiences that meet customer needs
- Track competitive products and assist with recommendations for positioning against competitors
- Support product management in understanding core product needs, priorities, and aligning strategies to consumer insights
