Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in tech, web3, and/or venture capital roles
  • Personal involvement and engagement within the web3 space and activity on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
  • Fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to take initiative and build solutions
  • Bachelor and above. Business/project management and relative major

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful delivery of the Accelerator program
  • Implement changes and improvements to the program
  • Coordinate and run all operational aspects of the program
  • Pay attention to processes and existing tools for effective coordination of the program’s projects and management of related activities
  • Oversight of any risks and issues that arise during the delivery of the Accelerator
  • Work closely with startup founders
  • Run a successful Demo Day for each accelerator cohort
  • Manage and design internal and external communication channels
  • Collaborate with Brinc’s marketing team to develop cohort-specific marketing collateral for founders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the startup ecosystem
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or corporate
  • Experience working in project management roles
  • Experience working with the tech platforms: Trello, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, Stacker, Zoom, Otter
