Summary
Join Unit4 as a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Quality Manager in WrocΕaw, Poland. Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct internal and external audits, analyze quality data, and prepare reports. Identify and address root causes of quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality. Train team members on quality management principles and best practices, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Participate in new product development, manage quality documentation, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Proficiency in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
- Train and mentor team members on quality management principles and best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and maintain quality documentation and records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quality management or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- ISTQB certification is preferred
