Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Maximize customer retention rates by employing effective sales techniques through phone, video, and email communications, while focusing on minimizing customer churn and contraction
  • Oversee the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded
  • Assess and evaluate license usage and complete the necessary true-up requirements
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer business needs and goals to generate accurate renewal quotes
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives as needed
  • Ensure all renewals are closed within a timely manner to support revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on strategies and plans for renewals, using customer analytics and metrics to enhance decision-making
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure that Purchase Orders (POs) and order forms are completed accurately for smooth internal deal approvals

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
