Summary
Join Unite Us as an Associate Sales Director and drive growth in our enterprise business within a Western US territory. You will manage and expand your sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires expertise in SaaS sales, particularly within the healthcare industry, and a deep understanding of CMS requirements. You will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and effectively communicating the value of Unite Us technology. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is strongly preferred, along with at least four years of enterprise sales experience. This remote, US-based position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience
- Experience making formal presentations to the executive leadership of large enterprise corporations
- Expertise selling Saas solutions directly to Health Plans (Medicaid and Medicare) and ability to be the company’s subject matter expert
- An understanding of CMS requirements, and the ability to work with local government agencies (State Medicaid) to help shape requirements and deliver complex programs (1115 waivers)
- The ability to maintain a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, trends, and potential risk
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Desire to build and own your book of business
- Team-spirit - you’re able to promote a positive culture and work well cross-functionally in a setting that includes sales support & operations, marketing, and product
- Comfortability using and discussing technologies and an aptitude for learning
Responsibilities
- Manage and work assigned sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities
- Build new relationships with executives and key decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools
- Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients
- Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers of prospective customers
- Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
- Participate in sales training
