Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst

Summary

Join our dynamic Digital Product Engineering company as an experienced business analyst! You will contribute to Core Banking Implementation Projects and other banking-related initiatives within a multicultural environment. This role demands expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA/Confluence, and core banking systems. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating documentation, and collaborating closely with project managers and clients. A bachelor's degree in IT or Business is required, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish. Experience in the insurance domain and an MBA are considered advantageous.

• Have skills in Core Banking and Spanish
• Have completed a bachelor's degree in IT or Business
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team
• Speak Spanish (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Build and showcase intuitive, elegant technology-enabled solutions to solve real-world challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients
• Be familiar with agile methodology and be able to use JIRA / Confluence tool to create and manage requirements
• Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs
• Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members
• Be accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk
• Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues
• Work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects
• Work closely with clients' operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges
• Be responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document, functional specification, and functional test cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Have completed or be undergoing a master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent
• Speak fluent English
• Have experience in the insurance domain
• Have experience on Core Banking Systems
• Be able to work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects
• Have a strong grasp on Banking and be able to work closely with clients' operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges
