Associate Staff Engineer

In this role, you will review software requirements, design test scenarios, execute tests, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports. You will collaborate closely with the design and development teams and interact directly with clients. Your expertise in Selenium and Java (or Puppeteer/Playwright/Javascript) will be crucial, along with experience in writing test cases and automation scripts. Requirements

• Experience in identifying test scenarios and extensive experience in writing test cases
• Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas
• Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications using Selenium and Java or Puppeteer/Playwright/Javascript
• Identifying quality issues and creating test reports
• Collaborating with the development team to solve application faults
• Should have good understanding of excel
• Must have Skills : Selenium, Java (Capable)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios
• Executing tests on software usability
• Analyzing test results on impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Worked in Agile project
• Having good working experience of performance tool preferably J meter
• Should be able to do manual testing should the project demand for it
