Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation operations
- Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments
- Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce.com
- Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret quarterly performance data
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA campaign issues, including pacing, delivery, and quality assurance
- Drive accountability for issue resolution within the region, ensuring that challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively
- Provide regular, detailed reports on program status and operational concerns to operations leadership
- Make informed recommendations for process improvements and solutions based on comprehensive analysis and client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives, fostering a unified approach to regional success
- Act as a liaison for regional data needs, proactively communicating these to operations leadership to ensure resource availability
- Ensure adherence to established processes for escalation and issue resolution, driving operational consistency across the region
- Work closely with leadership to optimize the tele-verification process, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively
