Automations Manager

Summary

SupportYourApp is seeking an experienced Automations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the automations team, conduct business process analysis, and ensure the quality of developed scripts and automation processes. Requirements include 2+ years of team management experience, communication skills, project planning abilities, knowledge of software development processes, and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing a team, ability to motivate and develop employees
• Communication skills, with experience conducting meetings and writing reports
• Experience providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts and finding compromises
• Ability to effectively plan projects, allocate resources and control deadlines
• Confident knowledge and practical experience applying Agile, Kanban or other project management methodologies
• Ability to make decisions in complex situations
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Responsibility, proactivity, ability to work autonomously
• 2+ years of experience in conducting business process analysis
• Understanding of software development processes
• Knowledge and experience creating technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Automations Team
• Distribute tasks among team members, monitor their execution, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards
• Plan, manage, and control the development processes within the team to ensure the timely completion of automation projects
• Conduct research and analysis of the company's business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Explore third-party systems that can be integrated for process automation or optimization
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user instructions related to developed automation solutions
• Develop and describe standard procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Automations Team and other departments to ensure alignment with automation initiatives
• Organize and conduct team meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure clear communication of goals and expectations
• Ensure the quality and reliability of developed scripts and automation processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Python
