Requirements
- A bachelorβs degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- 3 -5 yearsβ experience in revenue cycle management contract drafting and service level agreements, including negotiation and compliance
- Leadership experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Must be a US Resident and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming
Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in the creation, negotiation, and execution of client and vendor contracts to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, operations, and finance, and align contract terms with company strategies and risk management policies
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Provide solution assistance for identified customers that will help close the sale
- Assist with RFP reviews and responses
- Ensure contracts meet company standards prior to execution by CEO
- Maintain and make available contracts in accordance with company procedures
- Lead and manage the contract team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and manage contract management tools, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards
- Facilitate dispute resolution related to contracts, working closely with legal counsel and organization leadership to mitigate risks and protect company interests
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure favorable contract terms and ongoing business collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters
