Join Choreo's expanding marketing department as a Digital Marketing Data Analyst! Lead sophisticated SEO projects from concept to execution, identifying opportunities to boost organic search visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to enhance Choreo's digital presence. Analyze data, identify trends, and advise on best practices to improve performance. Generate reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics. This role requires strong analytical and collaborative skills, along with experience in digital marketing.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree marketing, communications or a related field
- Operates with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various lines of business leaders, to define requirements and execute strategies
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent research capabilities; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of special projects
Responsibilities
- Support Choreo’s SEO, search engine marketing and PPC strategies
- Manage monthly analysis of these strategies through data analysis, best practices, inside ‘digital health checks’ and competitor analysis to continue the enhancements of Choreo’s search presence on a national and local level
- Proactively evaluate trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging channels and technologies to increase Choreo’s digital footprint, building next-gen lead gen opportunities. Support the build of an adaptive ecosystem that continues to deliver exceptional value to our clients and evolve SEO strategies to align with the capabilities of Generative AI search functionality
- Assist in the development and implementation of Choreo’s paid social and other performance marketing channels
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven approaches and provide regular reports on key metrics to the leadership team
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to help develop integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and overall company growth, track and learn from findings to maneuver the campaigns as necessary to provide a robust lead gen engine
- Serve as a thought leader on digital marketing within the company to help promote a data-driven culture across the organization. Provide guidance to leadership team and advisors on ways to help with national and local digital optimization
- Examine data, trends and processes to assess the health of Choreo’s paid search advertising and utilize results to inform strategy
- Generate reports and visual dashboards utilizing tools like SQL, Power BI and Google Analytics
- Advise on analysis techniques, best practices and performance improvement opportunities
- Manage relationships and work closely with agency partners, as necessary
