Requirements
- Experience as a team lead in integration
- Deep understanding of API functionality and experience in their integration: knowledge of web service protocols, data formats, and authentication methods
- Experience with performance monitoring tools, error tracking, and data analytics collection
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and non-technical colleagues
Responsibilities
- Guide partners through the API integration process, from initial inquiries to final verification
- Ensure a clear and efficient onboarding process for partners
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration quality
- Implement a system to assess the success of each integration
- Optimize current integration processes and implement best practices accepted in the market
- Ensure partners' correct use of API methods and conduct checks for errors and ensure correct integration execution
- Update and maintain API documentation
- Collaborate with development and product management teams
- Collect and analyze data on the number of integrations, errors, and time spent at each stage
- Prepare regular reports on integration quality and effectiveness
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of integration engineers
- Ensure a high level of team engagement and productivity
