Requirements
- 4 - 6+ years in Paid Media with a clear track record in B2B growth and revenue impact
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other emerging platforms
- Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and whatever you use to make sense of performance data
- Experience building campaigns for Enterprise and SMB segments with different journeys and needs
- High standard and a strong sense of ownership, you hit your goals and ask the hard questions
- Strong internal collaboration skills and the ability to partner closely with demand gen leads
Responsibilities
- Own US Paid Media strategy and execution, aligned to pipeline goals
- Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns: Awareness, Lead Generation, Nurture, ABM and more
- Set and report on KPI's tied to pipeline, opportunity creation and conversation
- Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations
- Champion experimentation and channel innovation such as Reddit, YouTube, CTV and wherever your instincts take you
- Collaborate with regional marketers, content, creative and ops teams to execute and iterate
- Drive pipeline and revenue, not just clicks
- You'll own strategy and performance across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, CTV and beyond
- Bring a strong POV on what works in B2B today, and what needs reinvention
- Align closely with the US Demand Gen Lead, ensuring campaign performance maps to business goals and supports our broader GRM strategy
- Manage media budgets, agency relationships, and in-house resources to hit targets
- Test and scale high-impact tactics across all funnell stages from awareness to ABM and retargeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to ensure paid programs are integrated and effective

- In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000
- The base salary range for other locations may vary
- Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors
- In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program
