Summary
Join Thumbtack's B2B Marketing team as an Account-Based Marketing Growth Manager. You will design and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize account prioritization and leverage data-driven insights. This role demands strategic thinking, data fluency, and operational excellence. You will develop personalized, multi-channel campaigns and monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing or customer engagement
- Proven track record of developing and executing ABM campaigns that deliver measurable business results
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize marketing programs
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to align efforts and drive results
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, including ABM tools, marketing automation systems, and CRMs like Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and drive revenue growth
- Design personalized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, direct mail, social media, and in-app experiences to engage pros effectively
- Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to align ABM strategies with company goals and create tailored sales playbooks and marketing collateral
- Use data and insights to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize accounts, and refine campaigns for maximum impact
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
- Lead experiments to test new acquisition strategies and scale successful initiatives across key markets
- Manage ABM tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, and other Martech systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home services or tech industries
- Familiarity with Donald Millerβs StoryBrand framework for crafting clear, customer-centric messaging
- An MBA or related certifications in ABM, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Experience working in a virtual-first, remote environment
