Requirements
- B2B marketing experience (must have prior experience in a marketing manager role or similar)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with responsiveness to partner and internal team needs
- Experience managing partner marketing programs, including events, enablement, and co-marketing campaigns
- Remote work experience, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to increase partner engagement, referrals, and revenue
- Plan, execute, and analyze partner marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, content collaborations, email marketing, backlink sharing, and social media campaigns
- Manage partner-related events and sponsorships, including partner SKOs, customer gatherings, and conferences
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives
- Lead the creation and management of a partner enablement program, equipping partners with training, resources, and tools to market and sell effectively
- Educate the internal sales team on the partner ecosystem and how to leverage it for growth
- Support the Product Marketing team in establishing and managing the Partner Advisory Board and its meetings
- Oversee the partner marketing portal, ensuring materials are updated and easily accessible
- Analyze campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in partner marketing
