Requirements

  • Strong experience in partner marketing, content creation, and go-to-market strategy and execution with a focus on clearly defined KPIs
  • Proven experience with API embedded integration partnerships
  • Superior writing and communication skills, deep customer empathy, and a knack for storytelling and presentation skills that can engage diverse audiences, from engineering leads to CEOs
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Strategy-, data-, and results-driven team player who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic, and async collaboration environment
  • Prior experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g. Outreach), partnership mapping (e.g. Reveal), and website management (e.g. Contentful) tools
  • Writes and speaks fluent English, American English required

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, develop, launch, and optimize go-to-market and co-marketing promotions (webinars, content sharing, landing pages, email campaigns, event, and more) with our Remote Embedded partners’ marketing teams for impactful launches and ongoing revenue-driving success
  • Design scalable go-to-market frameworks for Remote's embedded partnerships
  • Support partners in building joint value propositions positioning around Remote's capabilities that resonate with partners' target markets
  • Establish and own Remote's Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program for Embedded partners, including creating tiered funding structures and eligibility criteria aligned with partner revenue potential
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize partner marketing programs and demonstrate ROI
  • Create and maintain partner marketing playbooks and enablement resources to ensure consistent, scalable execution across the partner ecosystem
  • Build and manage a feedback loop between partners and internal teams to continuously improve marketing programs and partner satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR and/or fintech industry
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
