Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation
- Proven track record in executing global, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills, including agency collaboration and results-driven execution
- Agile and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and executives

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels (digital, paid, email, events, ABM) aligned to the buyerโs journey and regional goals
- Partner with regional marketing teams to implement global strategic initiatives, providing education, assets, and communication support
- Apply stage-based and ICP-driven targeting to effectively engage buyer segments
- Collaborate with brand, content, and product to develop multi-format messaging
- Utilize marketing technology, targeting, and tracking to launch, optimize, and measure campaign success
- Analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights internally
- Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and measurement strategies
- Present results, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce)
