Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation
  • Proven track record in executing global, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, including agency collaboration and results-driven execution
  • Agile and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and executives
  • Collaborative and influential, building strong relationships to drive change
  • Results-driven mindset, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels (digital, paid, email, events, ABM) aligned to the buyerโ€™s journey and regional goals
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to implement global strategic initiatives, providing education, assets, and communication support
  • Apply stage-based and ICP-driven targeting to effectively engage buyer segments
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and product to develop multi-format messaging
  • Utilize marketing technology, targeting, and tracking to launch, optimize, and measure campaign success
  • Analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights internally
  • Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and measurement strategies
  • Present results, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce)
