Join Cerba Research as a Campaign Manager and design, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns for a global leader in clinical research. You will translate business objectives into compelling campaigns, collaborate with internal and external teams, and leverage data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. This role requires experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences or healthcare, and proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, ideally within clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI)
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimising campaign performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention
- Execute multichannel campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional media
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns
- Optimise marketing ROI by analysing data, tracking performance, and refining strategies
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
- Build and develop the marketing plans to support Cerba Research achieve its financial and operational goals
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and events on time and budget
- Crafts compelling and insightful campaign brief documents to ensure project alignment with team members (creative, sales, product, regional marketing, digital and automation) and stakeholders on objectives and success metrics
- Plans and manages marketing campaign budget related to external advertising channels such as 3rd party vendors and social platforms. Partner with assigned digital specialist on additional digital channel spend
- Coordinates with various teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Report on marketing ROI quarterly. Use data and insights to inform marketing campaign promotional strategy and decision-making to optimise campaign performance
- Participates in market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
- Develop content strategies for different stages of the customer journey. Oversee the development of content with creative partners. Understands content dissemination across marketing channels
- Contributes to reinforcing Cerba Research cultural values
Preferred Qualifications
Specific experience surrounding oncology, cell and gene therapy or virology services/products would be advantageous
