Requirements

• Experience in selling services or recruitment is required
• Ability to identify decision-makers is a must
• Fluent English for communication and working with international clients

Responsibilities

• Prepare anonymous candidate profiles to present to potential clients
• Engage in “cold” outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to find and attract new IT companies to collaborate with
• Communicate with new/potential clients, present our services, and gather necessary vacancy details
• Transfer vacancy descriptions from clients to the recruiting team
