Summary
Join KnowBe4 as a B2B Sales Representative and hunt for new accounts, focusing on increasing market share in SMB market accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert, taking a consultative approach with potential clients and contributing to the success of the SMB sales team. Responsibilities include promoting and selling KnowBe4 products, identifying and closing new customers, building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers, and forecasting new business prospects. You will also identify key decision-makers, articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products, achieve sales quotas, and maintain accurate records. This role requires a proven track record in sales, experience selling software to SMEs, familiarity with IT security, and proficiency with Salesforce and Gmail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell KnowBe4βs range of products and services
- Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
- Forecast new business prospects that result in successful client relationships and sales
- Identify key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, networking and high-level prospecting
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4βs products and help the customer understand how it will improve their businessβs security awareness training (and security overall)
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
- Be well versed in KnowBe4βs product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requested
- Follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline
- Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing, in line with established policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant information in compliance with the Administration Policy
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise a plus
- Network or Security Plus preferred
