Join L'Occitane as a B2B Sales Representative and contribute to the growth of the hospitality market share in North America, focusing on Canada. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and prospecting skills, along with experience in B2B sales and consumer products, particularly in the beauty or luxury sector. This position demands a flexible schedule and travel within Canada and to the NY office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be available from Monday to Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including travel to NY office, and business partners within Canada
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sales techniques to identify and assess potential leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, using a consultative sales approach to understand their business goals and objectives
- Identify new prospective partners with a defined profile for L’Occitane
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of L’Occitane products and services
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, working with the client to address any objections or concerns
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales quota objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B sales
- 3-5 years of experience with consumer products (especially beauty or luxury products)
- History of success working within an individual and team environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability and desire to prospect
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software
